Terms & Conditions

In the event of any violation of the below terms and conditions of using our service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of using our service, you may not access the service.

ArrowNet provides services as per the rules, regulations, directives, and instructions of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) or any other authority assigned by the Government from time to time.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and both parties shall be legally bound to comply with all applicable laws concerning this agreement.

No warranties are made regarding the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.

ArrowNet remains the sole owner of all equipment provided during installation (including ONU, fiber, UTP cable, etc.). ArrowNet may retrieve any equipment from your premises without prior notice.

Any physical damage or loss of equipment will make the user responsible for compensation of up to ৳10,000 or may result in legal action.

Users assume full responsibility for all content distributed, accessed, or viewed while connected to our service. We may provide information to lawful authorities if required by court order.

Under no circumstances shall ArrowNet or its employees be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Users must be at least 18 years old. Some content available via the service may not be suitable for minors.

• Sending spam or bulk emails
• Posting offensive or threatening content
• Copyright infringement
• Attempting to breach network security
• Engaging in illegal activities
• Sharing account credentials

ArrowNet reserves the right to cancel service at any time without prior notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued for unused service periods.

Billing occurs immediately upon signup. Installation charges are non-refundable. Connections inactive for over three months may require reinstallation charges.
