• Upon registration, the customer will be billed immediately for the first month’s service and any applicable installation/set-up fees.
• Installation and set-up fees are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
• Monthly service charges are billed in advance according to the selected plan.

• If we receive a bounced, reversed, chargeback, or invalid payment, the account may be suspended immediately.
• We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the subscription if the billing time expires and payment is not received.

If we fail to install the connection for any reason attributable to ArrowNet, the customer will be eligible for a refund of the payment made for the order.

• Approved installation-failure refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

If a connection remains inactive, disconnected, or off for longer than 3 months, the customer must pay the installation charge again to restore connectivity.

• Cancellation requests can be made at any time.
• Cancellations are processed at the end of each billing cycle.
• Service remains active until the current billing cycle ends.

We do not offer prorated refunds. This means we do not refund partial months, unused days, or early cancellation within a billing period.

ArrowNet may update this policy from time to time. Updates become effective once published on our website or customer portal.
